About JobsRecruitments

JobsRecruitments.com is an independent news and information portal that tracks Indian government recruitment notifications, exam results, and admit card releases across central and state departments. Every recruitment post on this site is sourced from the official recruiting body, verified against the original notification, and written to be useful to the candidate, not to a search engine.

Our mission

We exist to make government recruitment information accessible, accurate, and actionable for Indian candidates. Government recruitment is high stakes. People take leave from work, pay application fees, travel to exam centres, and plan months around a single notification. They deserve to read clear, verified information, not rumours forwarded on WhatsApp or copy-pasted from other job portals. Our work is to read the official notification, verify every number and every date against the source, and present it in clear English or Hinglish that a candidate from any part of India can act on.

We cover recruitments from central bodies including UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, and central ministry departments, alongside state public service commissions, state police boards, state subordinate services, public sector banks, defence services, central and state universities, and judiciary recruitments. We also publish declared results, merit lists, admit cards, and answer keys for these exams, with direct links to the official portal in every case.

Our editorial team

JobsRecruitments is run by the dedicated editorial team. The team brings together legal expertise, academic research, government experience, and engineering, spread across Lucknow, Delhi, Hyderabad, Patna, and Jhansi. Every recruitment post you read on this site has passed through this team.

Shrish Awasthi · Founder · Lucknow

Bar Council registered Advocate, writer, and education counsellor. Shrish founded JobsRecruitments and to make official welfare and recruitment information directly accessible to citizens without the layers of unverified middlemen sites in between. His legal background is directly relevant to recruitment notifications: reservation categories, age relaxation rules, eligibility certifications, and the legal framework around recruitment grievances. Shrish reviews the eligibility and reservation sections of every major recruitment post before publication.

Alok Kumar · Policy and Domain Expert · Jhansi

Ex-government employee with firsthand knowledge of how recruitment processes are actually run inside Indian government departments. Alok is the editorial lead for recruitment content on JobsRecruitments. His ground-level understanding of departmental hiring, notification workflows, and how corrigenda get issued means our posts reflect what really happens in a recruitment cycle, not just what the press release says. Alok is also our final reviewer for every post that touches policy interpretation or implementation detail.

Navin Singh · Research and Verification · Patna

PhD researcher who verifies recruitment notifications against the original gazette and the official notification PDF before a post goes live. Navin cross-references vacancy counts, post-wise breakdowns, application dates, fee structures, and category-wise reservation against the primary document. If a number on this site differs from the official notification, the failure is editorial, not sourcing.

Deepika Raikwar · Lead Editor · Delhi

PhD scholar specialising in public welfare and merit-based selection. Deepika sets the editorial standard across both and JobsRecruitments. On JobsRecruitments her focus is on translating dense official language into the kind of clear, structured copy that a candidate reading on a budget phone in a rural Hindi-belt district can actually use. She owns the tone, the structure, and the accessibility of every post.

Avinash · Engineer · Hyderabad

Builds and maintains the platform infrastructure for JobsRecruitments. Avinash owns site performance, the search and filter tools, the publishing pipeline, and everything technical that makes the site fast and reliable on slow mobile connections. He is also responsible for the security and availability of both sites.

Pragati Mishra · Business and Outreach · Lucknow

Entrepreneur who handles partnerships, community outreach, and audience engagement for both sites. Pragati is the team’s bridge to grassroots organisations, coaching communities, and student groups, and she ensures the site reaches the underserved candidates who need it most. She is also the primary contact for any partnership or advertising enquiry.

The editorial team is distributed across India and serves candidates in every state and union territory.

Our data sources

Every post on this site is built from primary sources. Our standard sources are:

  • Official recruiting body websites: ssc.nic.in, upsc.gov.in, ibps.in, rrbcdg.gov.in, the central ministry recruitment pages, and the equivalent state public service commission and state police board portals.
  • The Department of Personnel and Training (dopt.gov.in) for central government recruitment policy and reservation rules.
  • The Gazette of India and state gazettes for legally binding recruitment notifications.
  • PIB press releases for official announcements.
  • The official notification PDF for each individual recruitment, which we treat as the only authoritative source of truth.

Where a post draws on a secondary source for context or background, we attribute it within the post.

How we make money

JobsRecruitments is supported by display advertising. We never accept payment in exchange for placing a recruitment notification on the site, ranking it higher in our listings, or framing it favourably in editorial copy. Sponsored content, if and when it ever appears, will be clearly labelled at the top of the post and will not be confused with our editorial content.
