There is no problem even though you dont have a good percentage in 10th and 12th...
you should have atleast first class marks to have a decent through..
since bank jobs are mainly based on IBPS exam, you should have a good score in the ibps written exam...
you must be have good vocabulary and communication skills to go through the subsequent selection..
so,dont worry about the percentage..start aiming at good score in the selection exams..
Once you qualify the cut off percentage for 10th and 12th marks, it won't affect more regarding the job. You have not specified your percentage. So I can't specifically direct you. There are different job levels in the banking industry. Clerks, probationary officers, specialist officers etc. Top positions may have educational requirements from senior secondary school itself.
For manager post, a nationalized private bank in India calls for candidates who have consistent 60% and above marks from senior secondary school itself.
High percentage in 10th and 12th are not required for getting jobs. These marks are just valid till clearing the cut off. The selection procedure after that depends on your degree marks, IBPS score, interview skills etc.

Hi......
you doesn't need to be have good % in 10th and 12th to get a job in bank. But you have not writte your % that how much actually you got.
less % is ok but you should have enough to get into bank because after clearing IBPS you should again have to eligibility criteria of a particular bank just clearing IBPS is not enough and you are not eligible for all banks in IBPS. Different banks have different qualification scale and you have to be above that scale to sit into interview process of that exam.
I will not tell perfectly that it will create problem for you because you have not write exact % but it will be better to have more than 60%.
good luck
Dear,
You should atleast have minimum marks according to the Banking sector.
If you have it than there is nothing to worry about.
Next you have to prepare following key skills:
Aptitude
Reasoning
Computer knowledge
English
General Awareness
Best regards from me..........
