You have scored excellent marks in first year.
I would suggest that you should continue doing your Btech.
Even if it takes 5 years you should complete your BTECH
Try to score good marks in rest of your semesters and try to make sure that you do not have any backlogs

Few MNC may not allow you to give Interviews in their companies, but still there are many MNC which allows candidates to give interviews who have done BTECH in 5 years.

Plus you can also apply for Government jobs like:
    >> Bank Specialist Officers- IT Officer Scale 1
    >> UPSC Engineering services Exams
    >> BANK PO exams

After Btech, you should give the GATE exams.
GATE scores are required to apply for jobs in PSU companies
Also GATE scores are used to apply for Mtech

Dear friend it's not matter that you are completed your B.tech in 4 year or in 5 year....
The main thing that is mattered is your percentage ...That how much percentage you can got in your B.tech course...Because on the basis of that percentage further you can apply for the jobs in companies...
If you have good percentage than you can apply in good and top sector companies..
And for the civil service exams your percentage varies ...after appearing in civil service exam you can got good and govt. sector jobs..thank you
