Will 3 years of gap a problem during campus recruitment?

Hello,

I Completed BE in 2009 and I tried a lot couldn't fetch a job for myself. Now I got my GATE exam result and my rank is 3600. I am planning to go for Mtech and apply for PGCET-2012.
I want to know whether this three year gap will be a problem during campus recruitment.


I want to work in MNC.Kindly, let me know if this is a better option I have.

You can go for M.Tech if you want to work in private sector.Because with 3 years gap after B.Tech,there will be any rare MNC which will recruit you for your relevant post.You must either go for M.tech or for Govt jobs which does not checks for any year gap.
Also if you want to go for M.Tech,then go for some good institutes like those in IITs,NITs or State Govt colleges so that you can get placed there itself after M.Tech.

Dear Friend, As most of the companies accept 2 years of Gap not 3 years provided your technical knowledge is excellent with your soft skills like communication/PR, Analytical Skills, your personality, confidence level is good.. You have to prove your metal during Interview time also you need to justify with a smart answer why you have gap of 3 years. Always remember where there is a WILL, there is a WAY...so you have to try your level best to get the best option.. at the same time you can also go for M.Tech then you can get more better option...All the Best!!
