BE/BTECH pass
Final Year student can also apply
or
Passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India)
or
Passed the degree/diploma in Engineering from such foreign University/ College/Institution and under such conditions as may be recognized by the Government
or
Passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.

Age of the candidate should be between 21 and 30 years

Eligibilty for Appearing in the UPSC Civil Services Exams:
Graduation pass in any stream
Age of the candidates should be ebtween 21 and 30 years
