Only defense sector calls for unmarried male or female candidates. In most other government exams, there is no restriction for married candidates. You should be within the age limit and should not have any pending arrears. You can apply for banks or other PSUs or UPSC or State PSC exams etc.You can apply as per the advertisemnt.Keep checking Employment News for vacancies.Do not bother about marital status.Keep preparing. All the best

    hello

Friend ... I must tell you tha your fear of 3 papers in final year won't be an
obstacle because you will be happy to know that

for bank PO post , it requires GRADUATION and if you have your degree of graduation then you
can apply for bank PO & Clerk post or government posts which
    requires only graduation .

Remember that age requirement is between 21 to 30 years and relaxation in age
will be given to reserved category as per the government norms .

I have attached some bank papers which you can see below , just for an idea about paper...

    all the best

    Yes of course !!!!!

**Only the Defence Sector wants some Unmarried Candidates in few posts

**if you aspire for NDA exam, you need to be unmarried

But for the other exams in the government sector there is no such restriction

Like wise you are eligible to apply in the Government exams like >>>>

    -CSAT
    -IBPS
    -UPSC exams
    -Other Banking Exams
    -Railways Exams(RRB )
    -Jobs in State Government

For More Information on Government jobs Visit ===>>>>

    http://www.sarkarinaukari.com

    http://www.employmentnews.gov.in/

    http://sarkari-rojgar.com/

You can see that there is plenty of Government jobs available in many sectors
But few of them has given the 'Unmarried' Criteria
View some of the advertisement in these sites to make this thing even clearer to you

So you can see that you are eligible for jobs in many government sectors being married

Re: Whether married candidates can apply for government and bank jobs or not?

Yes my dear friend of course you can apply for Government jobs if you are married. There is no problem with that. The only restriction that comes for getting a Government Job if someone is married in case of Defense Sector. Where chances are more that Unmarried candidates are required there. Otherwise you can apply anywhere if you are qualified for the job.
    1. You can apply for the Banking Jobs if you satisfy the requirements.
    2. You can go for other Government jobs such as Food Supply, Electricity Board, Irrigation Department etc.
    3. You can go for the Railways.
So the purpose of my saying all this is that you are eligible for the jobs in government sector if you are married and satisfy the requirements of the Job. Also you can give your pending exams if you satisfy the age limit.
    Thanks.
