What should i do if i have an offer of TCS and don't have aggregate?

    I am Vikas.
I got placed in TCS in febraury 2010 through campus recruitment.
Have got Date Of Joining on 01st MARCH 2012, Chennai.
    I have scored 92.64% in 10th,
    77.83% in 2nd PUC.
But, in BE 1st to 8th semester aggregate is 59.76%,
and 5th to 8th semester aggregate becomes 61.25%.
I have also got my Degree Certificates with declaration as FIRST CLASS.

Will this become a problem for me????
Is there any chances of me still having hope on TCS????

    Please Kindly reply for me.
    I am waiting.

If you have been placed and been given the joining letter then you MUST go for joining. Whatever happens regarding percentage and all that,it depends on their HR policy. You may or may not get the chance but there is no meaning of leaving everything after final placement. When your final degree states that your degree is first class you may get some consideration. Anyways, you will get considered as you have been placed earlier and you have passed the degree without backlogs. The major problem occurs with backlog in final sem after getting placement.Companies rejects or gives some time to candidates for clearing them. But as you have passed your degree and the marks are marginally low there is very less chance that you will face rejection. Go ahead and check yourself.
