    Hi friend,

say something that does not effect your job and career.

For example i give my heart for sweets if you are really fond of sweets.

I am a workaholic and i forget time even when i go to work

your weakness should also be converted to positive

    regards honey

Dear Friend, First of all never said in Interview that you don't have any weak points or you don't know your weak points because in this world no one is 100% perfect in life but that does'nt means you should speak which effect your job and career. Your answer should be very diplomatic like if you will say your weak point is you are very emotional, it has double meaning word, if you not present it proper manner, people can take in negative sense like you can't take decision with your mind, if you present it in positive sense like I feel I'm sensitive towards other's emotions & feeling which give me a strength to be a good human being but I do understand few people try to take my advantage of being too helpful towards other or you can say, you are so focus to complete any task that you forget time, so people around you comment that you are too workaholic person that could be my weak point or any other statement you can say but at the same you should make them realize that you know your weak point & work upon it to improve the same...All the Best!!

Re: What should be the best answer for an interview question "What are the your weak points"?

    DEAR.......

    BEST ANSWERS:

When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule.

Being organized wasn't my strongest point, but I implemented a time management system that really helped my organization skills.

I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time checking it. However, I've come to a good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time.

I used to wait until the last minute to set appointments for the coming week, but I realized that scheduling in advance makes much more sense.

Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, or take on tasks personally that could easily be delegated to someone else. Although I've never missed a deadline, it is still an effort for me to know when to move on to the next task, and to be confident when assigning others work.

I had difficulty with calculus during college, but I persevered with tutoring assistance and extra effort and completed 2 levels with a B minus average.

I've learned to make my perfectionism work to my advantage at work. I am excellent at meeting deadlines, and with my attention to detail, I know my work is correct.

I used to like to work on one project to its completion before starting on another, but I've learned to work on many projects at the same time, and I think it allows me to be more creative and effective in each one.

Re: What should be the best answer for an interview question "What are the your weak points"?

Firstly lets focus on some of the important points that should be taken care during an interview.
In an interview, the foremost thing is

~You have to prepared well with your content. It will automatically boost confidence in you.
~When you start, you should not be lacking confidence and should be clear with your voice
~Prepare for your interview well before the main one.
~Prepare your interview questions that are usually asked.
~Be friendly, never be stiff during an interview. Interviewers are also humans. There is no need to get nervous.
~Always make eye contact. It will help to make a greater rapport.
    ~Practice speaking first and often.
    ~Donít be afraid to disagree.
~Watch your body language and stay friendly.

If you give emphasis on the above points then it will surely help you to crack in the interview easier.

    Now coming to your question.
Whenever such a question is asked during an interview, try to give an answer in such a way that it does not impact your selection. Its simple, you have to be a little diplomatic.
Like if you are giving an interview for a managerial job than you cannot say that your weak point is that you become lazy at times or you find it difficult to interact with people. In such a situation you can simply say that you are always get worried till any of your work is incomplete.
The final point is - Judge the situation, evaluate the best answer and then convey it in a best possible way.

Re: What should be the best answer for an interview question "What are the your weak points"?

    Hello my dear Friend

Most of the students Face this type of problem during Interview

Such Question you have to be a in a Position give write Answer

Then you can get the impression of the H.R about the Your Confidence and sincere Nature

Coming to the Correct Answer for this type of Question must be Don't Spoil your Future

In My Opinion about this Question , you can give the Weak point of yours but that should be Positive in manner

For example if you have a Nature of Giving the Full information about one Concept when your Friend or Neighbor asks a Question about some thing

But They need not want that much of Information

Though you are Continuously give the information about that they are Now start the process of Scolding

Here there was two things and One is Positive and other one is Negative

You have so much Explanatory system rather than Lack of Information

According this you have given the More information rather than short cut method

So you can Try to create this type of Weakness from your Nature

    But it should be Realistic

    That is all

    Good luck
