You have asked a question that often comes to many student. CA is a course that can be started right after your 12th class. The exam is conducted in 3 stages which are as follows :-
1. CPT :- It is the first stage of the exam and all the students who are 12th passed are eligible for the exam.
2. IPCC :- All the students you are B.com Graduates can go for this level directly skipping the CPT level. All other stream students are also eligible for the exam but the condition is that they must have at least 60% marks in their graduation
3. Finals :- After IPCC a 15 months training will be there which is mandatory and after that you will be able to give the finals exam.
If you complete the CA exam then you will not have to wait for the job and you do not even have to search the job as if you manage to clear the exam then you will be automatically hired by many companies as CA is very much in demand now a days.
One thing that i want to advice you here that try to clear the exam in As less chances as possible to get maximum salary package as well as to use the value of the course to its fullest
Hope it will help
1)ICAI has shortened the period of CA course in the newly introduces study schemes.
2)According to the new study scheme, students will be permitted to register with the board of studies and obtain the study material after completing their 10 th standard.
3)But students can sit for the CPT only after completing 12th standard.
4)Another amendment in the CA course allows the students to appear for CA final exams along with their articleship.
5)The period of article ship has also been increases to three and half years now.
6)CS will be a good option if you look ahead to be in employment .
