integrated Ph.D takes less duration as you are appear for PG and Ph.D simultaneously
it will save your 1 year

but in Plane Ph.D you after PG you are applying for it

    BUT rather than Integrated Ph.D
    plain Ph.D have more value

after Bachelor's go for post graduation like ME M.Tech or MBA and then Ph.D
    hope this will help you

You can not go for Ph.D after Graduation. You need to complete your Postgraduation i.e. Masters and then you have to apply for Ph.D.
But in Integrated Ph.D,you can take admission after Graduation and you will get both the degrees i.e. postgraduate as well as Ph.D after the fixed time.Integrated Ph.d is better in the context that it will take slightly lesser time and if you are going through Gate for M.Tech and Ph.D integrated, then the stipend will be higher than plain M.Tech and then Ph.D.
But Integrated Ph.D is better for subjects with broader scope in research or for candidates interested in research activities and not for job minded peoples who wwill have problems in persisting after the completion of M.Tech

    Dear Guest,

In case you are serious about doing Ph.D, then I suggest you opt for the Integrated Course, as it saves at least one year, both in terms of time and money. The duration of this course is 5-7 years depending on how soon you clear the required papers and thesis.

    Wish you all the best.
