Sir,
I jagadeesh communicating from Hyderabad.Recently i have completed my B.TECH (CCC) from JNTUH,HYDERABAD and secured 70% of marks in EEE branch. I have joined in 2007 & completed my studies in 2012.I want to apply for Govt. jobs but i dont know whether i am eligible or not.Out of central govt,state govt and PSU sectors,for which sectors i have the eligibility.Please give the reply as early as possible.My mail id: jgd@bhelhyd.co.in

Eligibility criteria for Government jobs for Electrical and Electronics candidates ..........

you should must be completed Engineering degree minimum 50% marks required and for SC\ST candidates
must be completed 45% marks required,But some company demand for getting jobs in Government company
minimum 65%-70% marks required and for SC\ST candidates minimum 50%-60% marks required

Your graduation degree must be completed recoginsed university and collages with AICTE Approved

You must be a citizen of India

The criteria for government jobs varies with the organizations.Your branch is eligible for most of the PSUs or in Central and State govt departments.

The most of the companies are recruiting candidates on the basis of GATE scorecard so you have to appear for it..like ONGC,NTPC,BHEl etc..

There are also companies which conduct there own exam for the recruitment like BSNL JTO,ECIL etc..

They require around 60% in 10 and 12th

60-65% in graduation
