if you have joined call center after bca and now you have done your mca. That means you are having two years experience in bpo, you should not change your line and look for future in this line as scope of permotion is very high after two year experience in call center. you can easily become team leader, quality analyst, trainer or he executive after mca

    Hi

doing BCA was a good choice , but pursuing MCA from IGNOU was not good.

Even if you had less score in BCA ( lets say ) you could have done MBA from a regular B school. Because the truth is that correspondence courses are not given preference at all and these days students who have done MBA course from regular institutes are not getting jobs due to recession or because they do not have experience.

In that case you have not very good options from distance learning. But i would strongly recommend that if you have gained a good experience in BPO then continue for some more years and scale to higher positions.

If you think you are no longer interested then there are several other options , they are :-

    1) Banking - clerical posts ( 12th pass with 55% aggregate )
PO posts ( a graduate witn min 55% aggregate )
visit IBPS website and get all information , IBPS will conduct exams this march 2012 for it.

    2) You can get a technical certification done from NIFT , APTECH in JAVA , VB , .NET to enhance your career prospect.

    3) Apply online in different IT companies in your city , visit their recruitment page , contact their HR personnel and know what they are looking for.

4)you must post your CV on job portals like " naukri , monster , shine " and apply online." the ascent " of times of india is very useful. every wednesday it comes with various openings in IT sector.

    5)office administrator
    6) tele caller

I think you should seriously get certified in some technology and then go ahead to join IT company

    all the best.
