    Dear Guest,

NET has 2 qualifiers, one for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and the other for Lecturership (LS). Candidates who have qualified for JRF are also eligible for lecturership.

The candidates who qualify for lectureship are eligible for recruitment as lecturer as well as for JRF in a Project, if they meet the eligibility criteria for that Project. However, they shall not be eligible for Regular JRF - NET fellowship. They shall be eligible to pursue PhD with or without any fellowship other than JRF - NET.

I hope I was able to clarify your doubt.
