    What is the criteria to call a candidate for an Interview?

    Respected sir, whats is the criteria to call a candidate for interview? What is the date for interview?

    Hello Friend

    1.Any private sector or Government sector first of conducts an Written exam

    2.In the written exam notification they announce qualification and age and other rules.

    3.And you will visit the Advertisement and next apply either online or offline According given rules.

    4.After the written exam they will call the candidates by according to the posts.

    5.They will call the candidates with ratio wise means 1:2 or 1:3 or according to their views.

    6.After completing the interview they add total written exam score and interview score and give the appoint order by measuring the merit students.

    Dear Friend, Your question is not very clearly mentioned. You have not mentioned where you have applied & what's your qualification. Few of the following criteria is always taken into consideration by almost every companies, hope this will help you :-

    1. Your qualification that should match the post you applied( Kindly note company will not consider even the higher qualification for particular post. eg if you are holding Master degree and applying for Receptionist or secretary then you have very less chance to get call for Interview).

    2. Your Experience matter a lot, always remember "Jack of all,master of none" not always be admired by the companies. The person who is specilized in certain field always got preference.

    3. Few skills like Communication/PR, Analytical, Presence of Mind, Team Skill are always give weigtage for any position you applying.

    4. Last but least is your ATTITUDE which is very important, you should be POSITIVE, CONFIDENT, PRESENTABLE.. to get Interview call.

    So you should present all the above thing in your CV in very convincing manner to get an Interview call & crack the Interview.

    Every organisation issues notification of vacancy in specified fields stating the eligibility criteria regarding age,qualification and other standards.ASometimes they conduct direct interview which is called walk ins or they conduct a thorough and long process as Written-GD and Interview.If you are selected through Written and GD,then you will be called for interview.Based on total marks you will be finally appointed.If you are attending walk ins you will be selected based on your performance in the interview and also on your resume.
