    Dear Guest,

    Human Resources Department encompasses the knowledge, skills, abilities, talents and aptitudes of everybody involved with the organization. Human Resource Management an important part of organizational management, that deals with the human resources of an organization. It works towards building better relations in the organization by the development, application and evaluation of company policies, procedures and programs relating to human resources to optimize their contribution towards the organization thus ensuring optimal results for both parties.

    Thus we can say, HRM is concerned with getting better results with the efforts of people. It is an integral part of every good and professional organization. Till the time the work place has a conducive environment for it's employees, it can not expect to get the results that it desires.

    I hope you are clearer now on the role that HRM plays.

    The basic role of an HR Manager is to strengthen employer-employee relationship, to create a harmonious environment in the organization. In a small business, the human resource manager may have a great degree of latitude, as well as the time to devote to employee interaction with a small workforce.
    The key functions of an HR Manager are-

    1)Manage HR department
    2)He should have all knowledge of laws and the companies rules and regulations.
    3)Interaction with executive leadership.
    4)As we have mentioned above, to bring a balance between the employer and the employee relationship.

    Dear friend. . . Human resource manager is a lubricant to a company. It is his responsibility to take good care of his junior working in the same firm. He must have good knowledge in subject as well as every happenings around the world. He should have good leader ship quality . He must be a good care taker. He must have good interest in travelling. Because the human resource manager used to go for recruitement to various firms. . So this could help you better. Thank you.
