Most of the private sector core engineering jobs ask for a minimum of 60% in the engineering academics. Public sector companies even ask for a minimum of 65%.completed my BE(2011 batch) in ECE with an agree of 54%
So, its difficult to get into a core job with your engineering academics. You can move on to some other jobs in interest and have some extra certification.
puc i got 57% and sslc i got 67%.
The next best option for those who are in need of a immediate job is the software industry. There is good requirement of engineering freshers in the field.
But top level software companies too have a criteria that they need a constant academics of a minimum of 60% through out from the 10th standard onwards.
In your case, this is not satisfied, considering your degree and puc academics. So, its difficult to get into a top level software company. But you have your chances.
i completed course JAVA,J2EE,C,C
Having extra certification is really beneficial to get jobs for those who are lacking in the academics qualification. You have a good set of extra qualification.
To get a software job, the better way its to attend walk in interviews conducted by the software companies. You can visit Technoparks and see that there are some interviews happening most of the day.

* Your added advantage is the extra courses that you have completed.
* You may even apply for some of the top MNC's
* You may even write the GATE examination to get placed in organisations like ONGC, BHEL, NLC, SAIL etc.
* Post your resume in websites like www.naukri.com
