Tell me about job oriented courses in Telecommunication field after B.E. degree?

Hi Sir/Madam
My name is Anna, I completed my BE in electronics and telecommunication engineering in 2010 with 58% in final year. I am presently working as a technical support engineer in a networking company. I would like to know about short term courses in telecommunication that will also provide placement through the course. I would like to know the institute in Delhi or Pune, the duration and fees for the same.
So please advise me how i can make my carrier in telecommunication
