As far as special course is concerned regarding the job opportunities for EEE, according to me there is no need of getting involved into all this. If u want to get job in govt. sector then u should try qualifying GATE examination. It is the preliminary test for all the PSU's and Govt. oriented jobs.
If u could qualify GATE then there are many govt. jobs available for u(as u belong to EEE).

Other exams that u can focus on are Engineering Services exams aur exams held separately by some PSU's.
So instead of doing any special course, taking coaching for GATE and other specified exams will be more beneficial.
