Should Teachers after 2 years working in school secure a permanent job?

Hello Everyone, Two years working as a teacher but still, am on contract just because I don't have B ed degree. Now, he I in for B ed then after two years I will have a degree and two more years of work will secure me a permanent job. Till then no job security, no incentive, no increment, no leave. Please make some rules flexible to protect the interest of working teachers. We put same effort as others but, with no benefit or allowances. It is so because we don't have a B ed degree. Please support our interest.
