    Should i pursue studies in B.Ed. or MA in Economics as i want to go in teaching line?

    m doing ba from delhi university with disciplins as human resource managment and economics. i wana go in teaching line bt m confused weathr to persue studies in b.ed r ma in eco. pls help me which 1 is beneficial

    Hello my dear friend,
    Now a days the number of candidates of B.ed. degree holders are very large so i don't think its going to work for every one. As you are feeling to go in teaching line so you have to do the masters, so join MA first.
    If there is necessity then join B.ed after that.

    as you are looking to work as a Teacher as you are much interested in Teaching Field , its a very good idea..

    As you asked us weather to choose which B.Ed or MA Economics ?

    I suggest you to choose B.Ed as this course is especially for those who are much interested in teaching Field.

    So friends go for B.Ed .

    As Teaching Career has the Most respect in our Society. It would be one of the best career option So, In order to get a Government job in Teaching field is not an easy task where you had to work hard.

    Being pursuing B.ed after BA. I would Suggest you to pursue MA as it helps you to get into Lecturer job in both private and Government Institutions.



    I will Explain Clearly about the Each Course and how to become teacher So, take a look at here:

    Actually, there was a lot of Demand for B.ed in India as there were shortage of Teacher all over the India. Many Citizens over India were looking forward for B.ed to become Teacher.

    Eligibility for B.ed:

    The person must hold Graduation Certificate in Bachelor's degree with aggregate of 60% of marks in their academic year in any discipline form any recognized university/board.

    There will be no age bar to do the course..

    Duration for the Course would lasts for 2 years and fee will be around Rs. 20000

    After Pursuing out Bed you had to take TET(Teachers Eligibility Test) upon Clearing the Exam you will be recruited in respective Vacancy fields in Government Institutions.

    The salary ranges from Rs. 10000 - Rs. 15000. In private Institutions also the Procedure will be same.

    Inspite of B.ed you can also Pursue MA to make your Career as Lecturer/Teacher.

    Eligibility for MA:

    The person must be Graduated in any Discipline form any recognized University/Board.

    There will be no age limit to pursue the Course.

    Duration of the Course will be 2years. Fee Structure will be Rs. 15000
    After Completion of MA course. you should have to clear out NET(National Eligibility Test) which was Conducted by UGC(Union Grants Commission).

    After Clearing the Exam you can make your career as Lecturer in any Government/Private Institutions.

    Pay Scale will be Rs. 25000 - Rs. 50000 per month.

    Note: If you really Interested in Teaching field then go for B.ed as it is quiet necessary for Teaching field.
