Hi
The certification is one of the proofs with an aspirant which allows to manager to make sure the candidate’s ability, through a very competent way.certification is a process in which you prove your technical skills through the serious of tests. So, there is huge importance in certification and it also boosts your resume.
ALL THE BEST...

Mohini.
They have to do as a proof that make sure the candidate have a knowledge. certification is a process in which you prove your technical skills through the serious of tests. So, there is huge importance in certification and it also boosts your resume. But even then your actual knowledge is check when you solve a problem given to you at the time of job interview related to your certified course. If you fail to solve you will lose the job. and the another who have not any certified course but having knowledge and solved the problem will get the job.
ya many courses are their like dip in med lab tech(a 6 month course)
dear
it is not clear that in which field you are graduate or post graduate and the different jobs required different qualification first you think in which field you want to go
certification is really a good qualification it is required in a peculiar field
and it also boost your future and your resume
yes, certification is important to brush up your skills, because in colleges we just only mug up those things so to get more familiar with those things certification for a fresher is important to survive in professional era.
it is not clear that in which field you are graduate or post graduate and the different jobs required different qualification first you think in which field you want to go..........
Dear friend,
certification program is not a necessity one but it tells that u are professional and company may give you priority than others...so,make a certificate program that will helps you...
ALL THE BEST
as such certifaction prog no doubts add more value to you skills and ability and opportunity to grab a job as well...
if you do then thats well and good and if you dont then , there is as such no problem...just be sure that you are well prepared for all rounds of trhe job recruitment thing...
good luck
Hi
This is not the necessary but it differentiate you from the others and it has different impact on the interviewer.
So,it is better to having the certificates with you.
ALL THE BEST
Dear friend,
First of all you didn't mention about your qualification, certification proves that you are certified for that course. For example- suppose that you are a B.Tech(CSE) holder it means that you are graduate with Computer Science but if you have certified your self with CCNA it means that you have specialization in Cisco Certified Network Assistant. So cerification is required if you are interested to work in that specialization.
All the Best

If you wish to go for a certification program, then it is a good idea.It will enhance your Resume.
But doing a certification program is not a compulsion to get a job.
It will provide you knowledge and a lot of skills to learn. It will help you in professional work later but having it is not a compulsion.
Only your graduation degree and aggregate matters for a job.yes surely,It will put some impression on the recruiter.
HI,
yes, you can do but this may not helpful to you in the interview it is just for to know some knowledge.
If you are interested then you can do.
The purposes of this program, the terms restricted use mammaliah protein products or restricted use products.
All the best
Its not too much needful for any kind of job but it will help to advertise ur qualifiacation and skills.
To certain extent, certification does help in getting a good job.It is because certificates are obtained through a number of tests and practices. So they are a type of guarantee in terms of your knowledge level. They indeed help in making your resume a strong object and can help you get selected for interview easily.but it is not necessary for certification to ensure you a job.Ultimatel your response and replies in interview will lead to selection.
certification is just an added advantage but not the criteria for recruitment..if u have been certified in a platform u r applying for then ur chances of selection increases as compared to othr candidates...
all the best..![]()
any mnc will recruit you based on ur performance in the interview so certificate alone wont fetch u ajob and of course doing certification is good and some companies will give higher priority to those who have done certification . but getting a job solely depends on ur performance in the interview
Hi,
Its not necessary to any certification course if you are perfect with your basics.
Certification course will be an adding advantage to your profile to make your path a little easy.
All the best..
Hi manikandan,
Its not mandatory for a fresher to do a certification program to get a job, but yes if you have got one then it adds a lot of value to your profile and boosts up your chances of getting hired... In case your a SCJA or SCJP certified professional and if you attend a company that requires java candidates then this certification will be of a great value, most of the cases people who are certified do find jobs when compared to others(a little struggle unless not qualified through campus placements)... One will be a step of others if he/she is certified for that technology in which you applied job for... All the best![]()
dear doing a certificate program doesnt means that it is essential or one of the criteria for getting a job in a company.. or you cannot get a job if u do not have a certificate course...
it is just an additional course which gives u an added advantage on the other candidates which implicates that you have a bit more knowledge of the functional concepts of your domain....
Hi Dear
after complete or continue your degree study
then a candidate go for
do some certification course
that is the extra advantages for all candidate career
That is help you for your future and also in your technical strong.....................
if you are going to on and off campus it no need of certificate but
if are searching jobs from portol or opening they ask java and .net mostly
so get selected in college campus itself else hard to fetch an job without any certificate
Certification is not necessary for a fresher to get a job.But a certification course will give you an added benefit and show your interest as well as desperation to bag the job.For candidates with nearly common skills and same qualification then you will stand out with your extra certification relevant to the field the employers are looking for
dear friend,
if you want to go for the certification from the best companies then you can go for the best companies. if you are eligible for the criteria of the company then you can go for the company certification.
you have not cleared that what is your stream, and in which field you want to go? so i am not clear with your question.
if your stream is the engineering then you can do the internship with the companies. you have to fight the exam for the internship.
CDAC is the exam and you will do the internship after clear this exam. you will sure get the job after this internship, and obviously you will get the best certificate by this internship.
so best of luck.
Ya a fresher must do certification program to get a job in a company.
Because throw this he can have more knowledge about that.
He can lay down a good impression on the interviwer.
He can do his/her work more accurately.
Hi
Yes i would definitely recommend for a fresher that they do a certification course from institutes like NIFT , APTECH , CDAC to enhance their career.
This is because due to recession , it has become next to impossible for freshers to get a decent earning job.
they are all compromising and doing injustice to their education and hard work.
A certification program in your line like a CS graduate should do certification in JAVA , .NET , VB and an arts graduate should do certification in lets say HR , a commerce student in Finance , marketing.
This certification proves to the employer that the candidate has put in some extra effort to enrich his learning skills.
But at the same time for freshers it is equally important to develop rich contacts so that they can be referred to good companies.
Also one has to focus on speaking skills as far as possible because private companies are looking for smart and dynamic people.
Hence , go for the certification program in your line
all the best.
Hi friend ,
It is not mandatory to do a certificate course to get a job through engineering degree. Once you get an opportunity of getting a job while in the final year of your graduation itself ,certificate courses do not matter at all. But the situations prevailing in the present market is highly competitive . Under such a situations getting a job is highly impossible without possessing some extra criteria ahead of others . In situations the project done in the final year as well as the certification courses matter a lot. Further certification courses gives you a good exposure to the present technology. So though it is not mandatory it is advisable to do some certification course in order to get a good job.
Good luck
Dear Friend, Yes you can do certification program which should be related to your field, the job you are applying. for example if you are applying for Programming job, if you have certificate for SAP,ORACLE,C++ which you definitely gives you weight age in your profile. Ultimately for getting job your subject knowledge & Technical knowledge is important, for proving your worth certificate will always help to get a job...All the Best!!

well certification is very important , it proove that the applicant is well for the suitable job or the suitable post, it just clear all the doubt of high designation level people that the so and so person is eligible or not for so and so job..
even you will find that are you right for the job after clearing yoyr certification your own doubt will be cleared
