Hey...Hello...for recruitment in SAIL you have to apply for GATE and get good score in it...if clear GATE you will be called for interview and than on the basis of that you will either be recruited or not ......

hi generally the sail will conduct an written test for selecting the diploma trainees for the post of supervisors ,
the question paper will have questions from both technical as well as the aptitude and the general studies part
you have to prepare really well to get through this examination and also you have to mainly concentrate on the basics because big questions are not asked in this exam

SAIL is a very good core company ,
wen for bein eligibl to apply for this u need to have a 60% throughout your carrier and shouldn't have any backlogs
you can apply for it only if your college gets it's campus else through off-campus or pool campus
