    Dear friend generally to getting a good job in any private sector company you should have minimum qualification of any type of graduation or any type of bachelor degree....And you should be completed your graduation from any recognized university with 60% marks...
    Generally if you are apply for the little sector private companies than there will be only interview procedure to get a job there...After completing the company's interview you can get a job there..
    But if you are apply for the top Sector companies than your qualification should be high and you should be completed your qualification from any recognized university with above than 70% marks...
    And in top sector companies there are two procedure for the recruit there....Firstly you will be appeared in written exam conducted by company and the appearing candidates are further go for the interview round and after your interview on the basis of your good performance you can get a job in those companies...thank you

    Hello Friend

    1)The private companies first of all conducted the written exam.

    2)The candidate will get the minimum 60 percentage marks.

    3)After completing the exam they will go and give one topic for the Group Discussion.

    4)After qualifying the Group Discussion they will conduct the Technical Interview.

    5)In the Technical Interview they will ask the questions subject related.

    6)After Technical Interview they will conduct the Personal Interview .

    7)In the personal Interview they will find out your family Back ground.

    Every company is having a separate procedure system.

    Ths first thing is that you should have satisfy the eligibility criteria
    for applying for the respective job.

    The candidates should have minimum marks of 60% for applying for the MNCs.

    The recruitment is conducted by the selection procedure:-

    >>Written Exam

    >>GD

    >>Interview

    >>Technical Test.

    But this selection procedure varies for company to company.
