    dear friend, forest officer as the destination is itself indicates the professional who holds responsibility to safeguard the forest from
    illegal cutting and poaching of flora.

    educational qualifications:
    1. you have to pass Bachelor degree course in any stream from recognized university with minimum 60% marks with physics,che. ,
    maths .bio any of one subject.
    2. Your Age should be in between 21 to 30 years with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
    3.you should be an Indian Citizen.

    so, it is clear that you are eligible to work as Forest Officer.

    Yes.You can apply for Forest Officer post.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    >Graduation pass with 60% marks(any recognized university)in Science stream(Maths,Physics,Chemistre,Biology)

    Age:

    >Age is between 21-30 years
    ST/SC gets 5years age relaxation
    OBC gets 3 years age relaxation

    Condition:

    >You must be a citizen of India

    If you have completed your degree in physics specialization then you are eligible to get job forest officer jobs in India but there is a criteria where the Indian government conduct exam for Indian Forest Officer through UPSC Board which called civil services and the eligibility is following :

    A bachelor degree in any one of the - Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Geology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Animal husbandry and Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, horticulture or a degree in agriculture from a recognized university with at least 50% marks

    Age should be between 21-30 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC category candidates.

    If you have above mentioned qualification then you are eligible for Indian Forest Services and you will have to qualify three steps to get the forest officer job which are - Preliminary Exam, IFS Mains Exam and Interview Process
