Is it possible to get a job in EEE relevant field with 5 years experience in KPO?

Hi friends,

I works as an SQC in a KPO till now but my qualification is B.E.(EEE) and i would like to change my career in eee related job. Is it possible can i get a job in eee related fields?

experience of bpo's and kpo's is never counted in the technical job entries that the main reason you can never took the advantage of bpo kpo jobs in getting the jobs in the core companies.
