** Firstofall , you should know that , with PARTTIME or DISTANCE GRADUATION , definitely you will miss many jobs oppurtunities in Government and in Private sectors
SO, dont go for PARTTIME EDUCATION

** Secondly , as per your intrest towards a job in Priavte sector , it is better to complete B.tech

AS you are from CSE in DIPLOMA , it is better for you to pursue B.tech in CSE stream

After completion of B.tech , you can attend for different I.t company walkins , which is a private sector

*** Rememeber , it is better to have morehtan 60% in b.tech . so, that , you can attend for the MNC company walkins also

    some I.t companies are ,

    Accenture
    IBM
    TCS
    Wipro
    Dell
    Mahindra satyam
    Syntel
    Polaris
    Zensar
    Irely
    Yahoo
    Google
    HCL
    CTS
    Amazon
    Toshiba , etc . . . . .

    all the best . . . .
