    Is it necessary to do Ph.D. after passing NET exams?

    Is there is a need or compulsory to do ph.d. even after passed in net exams? without our interest?

    Firstly,net exam is such a exam that without interest u cannot qualify.Even if u qualify there willbe a interview at the time of selections.net exam is for both to pursue phd or u can become a government lecturer.so u choose urself.

    Dear Friend

    It is not necessary that you do Ph.D after passing the NET exam you can also go in the GOVERNMENT LECTURER line after passing it..

    You can go for the various jobs after completing the PH.D

    Scientist

    Project officer

    Instructor in Institutes

    Those candidates have completed Master degree in any field applicable for NET written Examination,NET stands for The National Educational Testing Bureau of University Grants Commission (UGC) conducts National Eligibility Test (NET) to check and evaluate the eligibility for lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in order to ensure minimum standards for the individuals in teaching profession and research,

    Education Qualification..............

    Minimum qualification for appearing NET will be a pass in Master's Degree with 55% marks

    Age limit...........

    The maximum age limit is said to be 28 years,For SC/ST/BC/PH/VH Categories and to womens Applicant there can be a minimum of 5 years relaxation,3 years Relaxation will be provided for LLM Degree,

    NET examination is conduct 4 Section.....


    Paper 1: Objective type


    Reasoning


    General Knowledge


    Current affairs


    Quantitative ability


    No of questions-50


    Total Marks-100


    Paper 2: Objective type with Core Subect question


    No of questions- 50


    Total Marks-100


    Paper 3: Subjective type with with Core Subect question has 4 Part.....


    Section 1- Queston Solved minimum 30 words(5x5= 25 marks)


    Section 2 –Queston Solved minimum 30 words(15x5=75 marks total)

    Section 3-Queston Solved minimum 200 words(5x12= 60 marks total)


    Section 4-Queston Solved minimum 1000 words(1x40= 40 marks total)
