They will check your ability and knowledge not only percentage. You have not mention yours 10th and B.E marks . If these two are good then I think there will not be a lot of problem to get the job. You are BE fresher so you can get a job in many Software companies but you don't have 60% as required in the IT companies so
you will not get a job in the top level IT companies.
