    Which marks is consider Marks Honours or Pass by major IT companies?

    I did my UG degree in B.Sc(Computer Science Honours) from Vidyasagar University,West Bengal.I got 79.5% in Honours Subject.But when pass subject is considered then over all aggregate marks is 64.7%. But in our University considered only Honours marks for result..I can not understand which marks is better to write in my CV for IT placement in various MNC?????

    That is not the point what your University is considering !!

    When you will appear in any exam your average marks will be calculated and that will be strictly on the basis of the 2/3 subjects including your 1 honours subjects and remaining pass subjects

    Suppose you have Computer Science as the Honors Subject and pass subjects as Physics, Electronics,

    When you will apply for any exam, you need to calculate your average marks i.e. 64.7% in your case and write it in the application form!!

    Important Points to Note == >>>

    >You should stop worrying about the marks as you have got 64.7% which is quite good.Most Importantly you will be eligible for jobs in Most IT companies with this graduation marks
    >But you need to do some courses in >>>>
    C++
    JAVA
    SAP
    .NET
    ORACLE etc

    >This will boost up your prospects and also help you cracking the recruitment examination
    >You need to have good communication skill with high English Proficiency
    >You must have good conception on software as well as hardware also which will be tested in the Interview Session
