    M.Sc Physics job prospects

    hi sir. I am plannin to do bsc(hons.) and the msc in physics from Delhi university
    (st.stephens college).
    will i get a good job in India???
    THIS IS REALLY URGENT ....PLEASE..

    Hello,
    After completing this program you can apply many job opportunities in many govt sector jobs and private sector jobs in many different departments...
    But you need to write the exams conducted by the central and state govt like teaching, scientific instrument operator, laboratory technicians etc...
    Apply for government organizations are listed below;...

    Union Public Service Commission
    Staff selection commission=
    Indian Forest Services

    Public sector Bank
    State PCS
    Indian Defense services etc.

    The post graduate are also apply for govt research organizations such as Indian Space Research Organization, National Remote Sensing Agency, and Space Application Centre and so on.
    Central Govt Jobs after M.Sc. Physics :

    Not only state govt jobs, but also apply for central govt sector jobs for the physics post graduates, apart from few central govt exams are ISRO, UPSC, SSC etc..

    If you interested to take a career in civil departments, then you need to write the entrance exams conducted by the union public service commission for civil posts such as IFS, IPS, IAS, etc.

    After completing the postgraduate, then you can apply for tax assistant exam, statistical investigator exam, grade iii & compiler exam, combined higher secondary, combined graduate level exam...

    And after completing the post graduation, you can also find the govt jobs in indian railways and also apply for teaching profession.

    If you interested to take a your career in teaching field, then you need to qualify the entrance exams conducted by state and central govt competitive exams such as , State Eligibility Test (SET), National Eligibility Test (NET) etc.
