I am operationist in an edible oil company... as of now we have number of PLC based machines for freezing the electronic parameters of those machines Instrumentation engineers are require... so you can apply in edible oil companies.... else you can also make applications in heavy machinery companies like L & T, Chicago pneumatic, ingersoll rand, etc etc
