for getting addmission in NDA or Merchant navy you have to firstly fill the form
than you have to give entrance exam
than you have to clerify the exam and than you have to give trial of physical fittness
they include race 400 m , 800 m race,long jump, high jump, and others
after passing these test you have to go through interview which is the main ....
if you pass the interview than you will get addmission in NDA and Merchant navy

ABOUT THE EXAM:
The examination of the National Defence Academy is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) New Delhi.It is conducted twice a year, after which the selected candidates are sent to National Defence Academy for training.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE EXAM:
educational qualifications:

1. For Army wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

You can join in the Air force after completing your 12th class you have to write some entrance examination followed by some eligibility conditions


Entrance examination

-->CDS is the exam you have to write

The candidate should have passed his intermediate with atleast 60% marks from any recognized university.

Here there are some tips for ur questions....

All entries after class 12 are compulsorily PERMANENT COMMISSION. As a Permanent Commission Officer you will be required to serve for a minimum period of 20 years from the date of commission. Though you may leave before 20 years also but you will not be eligible for life long pension and other ex-service men facilities which will be applicable if you retire after 20 years.

How to Join: The selection is based on an all India Entrance Exam conducted once in a year. The exams are of class 12th standard syllabus. You must have had Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in your class 12. The exam is quite competitive and difficult.
