With less than 60% in any one of your academics your not eligible for MNCs

But in there are many companies recruiting the candidates who are having less percentage in their academics.

But those companies need good technical knowledge,good communication skills

So improve those skills

You can apply the for public sector jobs with less percentage also

Bank jobs(for PO post,Special officers post,Clerk post)
Railway jobs
Civil Services
Army jobs
Postal jobs

etc
