Banking Sector jobs are an important an source to reduce unemployment as they provide jobs to many. The competition level of Banking exams are increasing day by day.So one has to give his/her best to secure good marks.Since you have done engineering in CSE so you hold a graduation degree.Hence you are eligible for:-

If you complete your post graduation,i.e,MTech/MBA then you can go for the post of Specialist Officer.
You can also appear for the written exam conducted by State bank of India,Central Bank of India,HSBC,etc.for the post of clerks and probationary officers in them. These exams are tougher as compared to IBPS.SBI also recruits cse engineers although a very limited quantity. So you can go for that post as well.

I have attached the advertisement of previous IBPS exam for clerical post to give you a better insight into the eligibility conditions and the syllabus of the exams. You will also get to know about the question pattern and the type of banks you can be recruited.
