hello sir, i am a final year student from cse department.. i have an aggregate of 90% in b.e and 75 % in 10th and 12.. i want to join in central govt jobs.. which job will better siut me.. i am intrested in railways and banking jobs...can i get jobs in tamilnadu...?

As you are a CSE student first I just want to say that if you want to go in government sector then there will be no pure software development relate job for you but if still you want to go into government field then here are some option for you.
Banking Job
There are government banks for which you can apply in tamilnadu. You can also participate in IBPS exam and after giving the exam you can go for the interviews of government bank that come under the IBPS.
Railway Job
You have very good % and if you want to go for the government job then Railway is the best option as you are interested in railways too. In railway
You can apply for the Group A and group C exam.
some good exam are as follows.
Group A exam are conducted by UPSC under it we have two exams
1 civil service Examination: Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and the Indian Railways Accounts Service (IRAS)
2 combined engineering service:ndian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), Indian Railway Services of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) and Indian Railway Store Service (IRSS)
You can fight IES(Indian Engineering services) exam which is specially conducted for engineers.
Group B exams
Group B exams are conducted by RRB there are total 19 RRB working in india there are so many exam for RRB students so you can also apply for these exam.Group C posts include assistant station masters, drivers, motormen, guards, signal and mechanical inspectors. Here there are two department technical and non-technical you can apply for both but i think you should only go with technical department.
Technical crade examination are conducted by Civil Service Examination.

yes you are fully eligible for the govt jobs. in some govt jobs there less criteria for the students. so exam like the IBPS you can apply in it on 55% in the 12th. so there are many jobs opportunities. so there are many central jobs for you.
you will get some relaxation if you contain from the ST SC candidate. this will of 5 years.
