    Hello,
First I will start my discussion withe disadvantage that you will have for your backlogs. This means that you will not be able to apply for Infosys or TCS. Now there are lots of more places that you can apply. Since you are a B.Tech and you mentioned your percentages are low, so my first option to you would be to join some BPO or call center like IBM Daksh, Vishnu Solutions etc. Here mainly you will be in client based jobs. You have to solve the queries of your clients correctly and speedily. Your English communication skills must be good. But along with that you have to practice accents of other abroad countries, for example, gulf, australia, North & South America. Specially in the case of America, you have to take good care that you understand their accent well, because while speaking they use only their native accent and prefer that only.
Ok now the next option right now could join as a project intern in any company or any university. If you excel in that project you will get a permanent job there. For example Ceramic technology college of Kolkata was looking for engineering project intern for the past few days. You have to look for such advertisements in paper or on your college notice board. Sometimes these institutes send the job notice to some college and get their candidates from their. To be able to join ac a project trainee you have to pass their interview. Once you clear it you are in for 1-2 years with a guaranteed salary.
