    1. Start preparing for the exam.
    2. There are questions from quant, reasoning, logical, verbal, comprehension and GK.
    3. Analyse your strong and weak points.
    4. Work hard to sharpen your weak areas.
    5. Go through the previous year papers and give mock test to know your score.
    6. Work hard appropriately to balance your preparation as generally cut off marks are there in each section and you need to clear that for selection.
    7. Focus on your communication skills.

    you have to focus on the three sections, i.e numerical ability, reasoning and verbal ability and general knowledge. you can take the book reference such as for numerical ability and reasoning- Dr. R.S Aggarwal, for verbal- Wren & Martin eng. grammer and for the general knowledge-Lucent's General Knowledge. you can prefer pratiyogita darpan for the current events. study well and work hard, success will be yours.

    hi...to prepare for the position of the clerk in bank examinations you English should be good and also your quantitative knowledge because these are the two majors sections that are generally covered in the bank examination and hence you need an lots of practice in these two sections to do well in the bank examinations ,there are many good books available in the market which can really help you in getting you good marks in these examinations ,one of such book is the s.d shama books from the house of the s.chand publishers purchase them ,they are really good

    You will get question only on these topics.
    So to prepare for aptitude read RS AGARWAL book this is good for aptitude in this you can cover all the topics. You can also fond previous year question also.
    For general awareness read news paper daily.
    Computer era is a good book for computer based question .
    All these are available in the market in can buy and read this book.

    i suggest u to join any institution than self preperation ..........because if u join institutes they will teach u short cut methods which helps u to manage time in the exam..........

    Aptitude
    Reasoning
    General awareness
    Computer knowledge
    basic english
    Better to go for coaching institute then only you can get job easily.
    Read news paper and watch news channels to improve english.

    You can take admission in many institutes there you can get prepare for rrb exam.

    You can get a job in railway through rrb exam.

    For apply this rrb exam you should have good marks in class 10th to 12th atleast 50%.

    For better preparation, You have to first concerned with the basic maths and logical reasoning. And if you such sort of basic language then you should refer the various bank clerical exam book to follow the exam pattern. For having concerned with good G.K environment either you should go through the daily newspaper or you must read some magazines which is issued regarding the competition purpose. Some such magazines are as follows: CSR, Praityogita Darpan, Banking & You etc.

    You should practice lot and lot.Questions are not tough but what matters is the time management.There are so many questions and there your practice takes you to the top.You can have help of books by R.S.Aggarwal or R.K.Bansal or Arihant Publications etc.You should also practice maths from NCERT books as they are the best and is useful even for IAS exams.Follow some good newspapers for better hold over Current Affairs as well as to increase your English word stocks

    my friend in clerical exam there are five sections as:
    Reasoning, Maths, GK, English, Computer Knowledge.

    and for preparation for clerk exam you should simply purchase a book of KIRAN PUBLICATIONS in which you you can find several sets of previous exams and for GK read Prtiyogita Darpan regularly.... Do practice regularly and increase you speed and accuracy , then definitely you will selected in this exam

    Generally bank clerk exam consists of questions of general awareness and English language but you should have basic knowledge of computers and have good communication skills for the clerk.

    Hey...Hello...bank exams are not at all difficult.....it has five sections containing 50 questions in each one and the level of questions are not very high.....if you have even a certain knowledge about bank, computer, maths, english, and reasoning, you can attempt the paper easily....but as you can see there are 5 sections and total in all 250 questions, your selection procedures comes down to your speed of attempting questions....and to increase your speed you need to solve previous years papers...so work on your speed and you can easily do it by finding question papers online or by purchasing banking books.....so increase your speed and it would be easy for you to crack you exam......

    CLERK position need 55% mark in 12 th standard.
    The selection process contains written test, interview, group discussion. some banks prefers 60% mark in graduation level. Bank clerk, probationary officer etc are the common job for engineering graduates system administrator, networking and operator jobs are available.
    Check news paper and bank websites for more details and variances.
    Banking exam contains general awareness, aptitude, numerical ability, general English grammar etc
    short listed candidates were selected for interview and group discussion

    Dear Friend, Bank Clerk positions are in hot demand in these days. You should have strong preparation in order to crack bank clerk positions. The selection procedure for Clerical positions is by

    -Written Test
    -Interview

    The written test consists of questions from the following categories
    -Reasoning
    -Quantitative Aptitude
    -General Awareness
    -General English
    -Computer Knowledge

    for the preparation of clerk exam you can consult different books. like for aptitude and reasoning you can solve R.S.Agarwalla,it is a very good book.
    for the english section you must have strong vocabulary with good knowledge of grammar.for grammar,you can read OXFORD SENIOR ENGLISH GRAMMAR BOOK.for vocabulary read english newspaper daily which will do two things simultaneously for you,first your vocabulary and second your gk. for gk,you can consult upkar's current affairs,pratiyogita darpan,consult internet sites like jagranjosh.and for computer knowledge you can consult books of sarawati publications.
    else you can join any coaching centre where you will be fully trained for the exam by different activities,in home you can solve practice papers of bank exams.

    These days IBPS conducts the Clerks exams on behalf of 20 Nationalised banks

    Minimum eligibilty to apply for the IBPS Clerks exams is Graduation pass in any stream
    No minimum marks is required in graduation

    Age to apply is between 20 and 28 years
    OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

    Questions will be asked from the below sections in the IBPS Clerks Exams:
    Numerical Ability
    Reasoning
    General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry
    Computer Knowledge
    English Language

    dear friend,

    For the clerk position under the bank department you need to be write the IBPS clerk entrance exam which has been conducted by the IBPS institute in which 19 banks participated for the job posts under the respective bank based on your marks under the entrance exam

    You can apply for the interview only those banks in which your marks above the cut-off marks under the entrance exam

    Selection process for the clerk position :

    1. Written test
    2, Interview

    Written test syllabus:

    1. APtitude
    2. English
    3. Reasoning
    4. general knowledge
    5. mathematics

    For the Quantitative apptitude you can refernece the R.S Agarwal Quantitative APtitude book which is best book

    For the Reasoning also R.s Agarwal verbal and non-verbal reasoning book post

    YOu need to be get the atleast 25 marks out of 50 for the qualify the entrance exam in any bank

    so for it preparation of entrance exam first for the qualify the entrance exam then interview..
