Re: How much percentage is enough for Army jobs?

    1) with a 61% in b.tech you are eliglible for different entrnace exams and different posts in amry

After completion of your b.tech , you can apply for the pos of TECHNICAL OFFICER in ARMY

for this post, your age should be between 19-31 years only

for this post , you should have a minimum of 60% in b.tech

** you can also apply for the ENTRNACE EXAMS to join army

    ~~ UES EXAM

    ~~ TES EXAM

    ~~ CDS EXAM

    2) there is no need of NNC OR NSS certificates , while applying for the TECHNICAL OFFICER POST

even , there is not much importance to your height , weight for the TECHNCIAL POST

so, no need to bother about not having NCC CERTIFICATE

    all the best

Re: How much percentage is enough for Army jobs?

    Hi,
    Bro!!!

If you want to join Indian Army, you can do so in two ways:

    1. After completing 12th from science stream, you need to give NDA (National Defense Academy) exam. There is no minimum percentage required in 12th, you just need to be passed. If you qualify NDA, you have to face an interview and then a fitness/medical test. Now if you pass through all these rounds, you would be sent to NDA, Chennai to complete graduation and then trained and ranked as lieutenant.

    Qualification required

    12th pass

    Age Limit

    16.5 to 19 years

    2. Or else if you have completed graduation from any recognized university, you have to appear in CDS (Combined Defense Service) exam, if you qualify it you would have to pass an interview and fitness/medical test, then you would receive training from IMA Dehradun and ranked as lieutenant.

    Qualification required

    Graduation from any recognized university

    Age Limit

    19 to 24 years

    Thanks for asking !!!!!!!!!

With 60% you are eligible for Army.Your aggregate marks will be checked and not semester wise so there is nothing to worry what was your marks till 4-1 or 3-2 etc.You are eligible as after 4years you have above 60%.You can apply through CDS,SSC technical or UES for Army.Keep checking the website of Indian Army for more details on the dates for next entry schemes and also for physical standards.
