You can get into pvt banks through campus placement as well as exam conducted by them..Pvt banks conducts there exam every year and some time they arrange walkins also....For updates go through the career section of webites of pvt banks...ICICI bank conducts exam now and then for various entries..also they give oppurunity to get an MBA degree in banking and finance from manipal during training...but there are certain conditions..please research it carefully..but it is a very good oppurtunity

Dear Friend there are no. of private banks in India like ICICI, HDFC, AXIS bank, Kotak Mahindra, City Bank, Deutshe Bank, RBS, Berkley and so many. For entry into any of these bank they look for MBA guys in finance specialization. If you have degree in finance then entry is easy.
