How to get a job in MNC companies without any reference?

Hi...
I am a BBM Graduate and have scored 80% in 10th, 87% in 12th and 73% in my degree. But I don't know how to enter the MNC as I donot have any reference. Can anyone please help me how to get into it.??

If your percentage in 10th, 12, Graduation and having a Professional or Technical degree and after that sound knowledge on that particular subject in that case you can apply and definietely you will get a good job.

ya i also agree that now a days most of the recruitment are done through references.But at the same time its not the only way to get the job.since you are BBM graduate you can try in companies like HUL,PARLE,VARIOUS SEO COMPANIES,PIONEER etc.there is a huge scope of your degree.You must forward your resume to the job poratals like monster,naukari,timesjobs etc.Also dont forget to post your resume on companies website as well.there are many jon consultancies you can also forward or can be in touch with them.they will search jobs based on your interests and academics.various profiles for which you must apply are:

You marks are good so you can apply for MNCs.

In MNCs reference is not the foremost criteria. If you are having good educational record and fulfill the other criteria you are eligible.

You need to perform well through out the Selection Procedure.
