Civil is one of the core branches of engineering and you have chances in your core filed itself. There are lot of construction companies and you can have many opportunities there.

If you wish to build your career in the civil stream, its better that you take an MTech in any specializations coming under the civil stream like construction, natural resource management etc.

Regarding the jobs for a civil engineer, Site engineer is the most common job offered for freshers in civil engineering. you can join some good construction company as a Site engineer and try to make experience from there. There lot of opportunities for civil engineers with experience in Middle east countries with very good salary.

60% marks is enough to get a job as a site engineer. If you don't wish to take your Master's degree now, then you can start your career as a Site engineer.

    All the best Phani !
