You need to write the entrance exam.

One can join DRDO as a scientist through its Scientists Entry Test(SET) exam.
Eligibility for DRDO jobs ~ B.Tech (MECH/EEE/ECE/EIE/AERO/etc.,) with 65% and above.
Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.
NOTE: - A candidates appearing in the final year can also apply.
Nationality: Only Indian nationals need apply.
