Yes, there are no optional subjects related to CS. Thus, the CS graduates who prepare for Civil Services Exam take other optional subjects, mostly related to Humanities.
Among these, Public Admin., History, Geography, Political Science, Psychology are chosen by most engineers. You can decide on these based on your interest.
One more things, having no optional for CSE, has not prevented CS students to do exceptionally well in IAS. (Mind it!).
If you dream for it, go for it!.

CS and related subjects are not there in IAS mains list.In fact it is a better option not to have engineering subjects as Main subject.Engineering subjects papers are relatively tougher. You may do very well in your subject but that may not be enough to get you the best ranks in the overall list. There will be no separate list for separate subjects. Most of the Engineering graduates select History,Geography or Public administration as their subject.Mainly because these subjects does not changes with time and the questions are very straight forward wrt other subjects. You can prepare in these subjects for your Mains exam.Prepare very well for GS,Literature and English as they are the actual deciders of your marks.

    Dear Friend

As there is no subject related to computer science so you have to choose from the other subjects for the mains..

as you are from a science background so you can go for the subjects like physics and maths..

there subjective of the optional subjects..

there are two compulsory objective papers in the pre exam which you have to clear to advance in to the mains..

    ALL THE BEST...!!!!
