You will not get a job in the Top level software companies but you can get a job in many software companies.
There are some IT companies which needs 60% in your 10th,12th and graduation degree.
There are many software companies like Wipro,Zansar,Accenture,Patni,Tech Mahindra,Satyam,TCS,CTS,HCL,L&T Infotech .
You can get a job in some of these companies with less then 60% also but you should not have any backlogs when you go for
the interview also you should not have more then 1 year gap between studies.

First of all , dont' get into panic about jobs . I give you some suggestions that will be helpful to you .
you can try in WIPRO or other companies which provide eligibility criterion between 55-60% . Do some good courses on SAP ,
JAVA , ORACLE etc. and improve your communicayion skills . this courses give your C.V. more importance . Make some experience in small companies . After 2-3 years on thebasis of your experience you will get a standard job in big companies .

MNCs does not compromises with the eligibility criteria. Your 12th marks is very close to the eligibility percentage but MNCs does not take the round off percentage often.

Yes I know why you are worried. It is because most companies like TCS, CTS, IBM, Accenture look for a 60-65% and above marks in all over the academics.
