How can i be eligible for BHEL jobs apart from BATE exam?

sir, i am a fresher. studying in 4th year of electronics and communication branch. i want to be the part of BHEL industry. so could you please tell me that how can i be eligible for it apart from BATE exam.

BHEL earlier used to take its own written exams followed by Interview for selecting engineer trainee.
But from 2012 onwards it has startted asking for GATE score and on the basis of GATE score they shortlist candidates for interviews
In the final selection GATE score is given 75% weightage and 25% weightage is given to interview

If BHEL visits your college for campus interview than only you will not be requiring the GATE score for giving interviews
Other wise there is no other way

You can appear in the GATE 2013 exams which are scheduled to be held in jan and feb 2013
Forms can be filled from 1st sep 2012
last date to apply for GATE is 30th sep 2012

GATE entrance exam has been conducted by the IIts for the admission in M.tech collages..

But on the based of the GATE entrance exam score four companies hire the students as a technical job posts like:

BHEL
IOCL
NTPC
POWER GRID etc

how to apply: BHEl company issues the applictaion form for the job recruitment through the GATE entrance exam score you need to be fill up the application form before the last date by using the GATE registartion number..

if you get the more than 75 percentile you have to be call for the interview

APplication form date: 1 sep 2012 to 30 sep 2012
