    Dear Guest,

Most students nowadays prefer to do their summer training and internship with good PSU's like the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Indian Railways, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.(BHEL), Steel Authority of India (SAIL), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) etc.

The normal procedure to enroll with one of these PSU's is to approach them through the placement cell of your college, when the companies advertise for training programs. As an example, ONGC, that is commencing it's summer training program in 22 centers across India, from 15th May' 2013. For details regarding eligibility and application visit http://jobclouds.blogspot.in/2012/03 /summer-internship-with-ongc-for.html. Similarly, other PSU's also issue notifications / advertisements inviting applications, you shall have to check for these from time to time.

There are also some private institutes providing summer training. Some such institutions are :

    ThinkLabs, http://www.thinklabs.in/certificate/...FUwu6wodmBsALA
    i3Indya, http://www.i3indya.com/training/summ...-students.html

    I hope this information helps.
