    How to apply for Bank jobs? Will there be any benefit of having experience as HR? Job opportunities in Banking sector for MBA degree holders?

    Im having one year experience as a hr .i want to apply for bank jobs , so i need information regarding for which post i have to apply? what is the way to apply

    if you want to apply job in bank than you have to wait for the job opening notification thorough IBPS.in for top 19 public sector banks. For rest of the banks you have to wait till opening and for this you have to read employement newspaper. If you are having experience in HR even than you have to clear entrance test. there is two types of bank jobs for public one is clerk and second is bank PO. you should have 50% aggregate core to appear for clerk exam and 60% for bank PO. MBA degree can help to get permotions when you entered in this industry

    Hello,

    You can apply for the jobs in Banks. For that you will have to appear for the Common Written Exam(CWE)
    conducted by the IBPS for the National Banks.
    You can apply for the post of Bank PO, Specialist Officer, IT Officer, etc.

    The MBA aspirants have benefit in the interviews as per their masters degree, experience etc.
    So you just have to clear the IBPS exam with high marks.

    If you want to apply for the banks jobs in Public sector Banks thanu have to sit in the common written exams conducted by IBPS on behalf of 19 public sector banks.

    IBPS conduct exams for the post of :
    PO
    CLERKS
    SPECIALIST OFFICERS

    PO-Min eligibilty is Graduation Pass.
    Age should be between 20and 30 years

    CLERKS- Min eligibilty is 12th pass with Min 50% marks Or Graduation Pass
    Age between 18 and 28 years

    SPECIALIST OFFICERS
    HR Officer Scale 1- Min eligibilty is MBA HR
    Age between 21 and 35 years

    In all the above three exams OBC gets 3 years age relaxation and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation.

    Currently, there are no new Exams notifications for any IBPS exams.

    If you are an MBA HR and apply for IBPS HR Officer written exams and if you clear the written exams than Yes you will get some advantage at the interview stage
