The interview is the toughest part and there your actual mettle will be tested. You should prepare about banking methodologies and other details of working of banks. You should be aware of current affairs related to banks. The questions are mostly based on banks and their processes. You can consult some bank PO interview books available in the market as from Upkar publications,S.Chand Publications etc for better knowledge. You can check the interview papers online at bankingexams.com OR allinterview.com etc...
    All the best

    Hi

the best strategy is that you work on strengthing your knowledge in current affairs ( mainly banking ) , on financial sector ( read economic times ), work on your CV ( i.e know every bit of it) , prepare HRquestions ( you can find such questions on google ), work on your communication skills.
there are many books you can get if you search on flip kart or indiatimes in the name of " banking interview question " book.

    All the best.
