    Dear , your question is not sufficient to enough to let us help you in a proper way.
    You should have mentioned the exam for which you are asking relevant details.
    UPSC is the governing body , which conducts various exams . UPSC itself is not an exam.


    any ways, I have mentioned the details of various exams conducted by UPSC, you can search from it ,What you are looking for.

    NDA exam-
    NDA- National Defence academy exam.

    citizenship-
    You should have Indian citizenship.

    Age limit-
    Your age should be in the age group of 16-1/2 to 19 years.

    Gender and Marital status-
    You should be an unmarried male.

    Education qualification-
    You should be 12th passed or 12th appearing student from either Science stream or commerce stream.

    CDS- Combined Defence Services exam.

    citizenship-
    You should have Indian citizenship.

    Age limit-

    Education qualification-

    Dear Friend, Eligibility, qualification and syllabus for UPSC exam is given below :-

    ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATION

    Nationality : You must be either a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan
    Age Limits :-Your age should be between 21 years to 30 years. Relaxation for SC/ST & defence services personnel upto 5 year and OBC upto 3 years.
    Educational Qualifications : You must be graduate from any stream from recognized University
    SYLLABUS FOR UPSC EXAM
    Normally applications are invited by UPSC notifications in leading News Papers like Employment Newspaper, H.T, T.O.I during December every year.
    The Civil Services Examination consists of three stages.
    1.Civil Services Preliminary Examination ( Objective Type) (Usually conducted in May)
    2..Civil Services Main Examination (Written) (Conducted during October/November)
    3.Interview and final Selection (During April/May)
    It has two paper of objective type questions of 200 marks for Preliminary Examination i.e CSAT (total 400 marks) and in Main Exam, Written test will be of 2000 Marks (Descriptive Type Question). Topics of papers you will get from their official website i.e www.upsc.gov.in

    The UPSC Central board is recruiting for varies posts every year.For applying this person should have certain qualification according to the posts.

    Actually, UPSC conducts various Exam like Civil Service Exam/Engineering Service Exam/IAS/IFS/IES/NDA etc.

    Various exams has different Eligibility Criteria & Syllabus.So you have to mention the Exam for which you want to know the details.



    Still I am providing a General Eligibility Criteria for you:

    (i) Nationality

    (1) For the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

    (2) For other services, a candidate must be either :
    (a) a citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee


    (ii) Age Limits :

    (a) A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, 2012, i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1982 and not later than 1st August, 1991.

    (b) The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable :

    **upto a maximum of five years if a candidate belongs to a Scheduled Caste(SC) or a Scheduled Tribe(ST).

    **upto a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes(OBC) who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such candidates.

    **upto a maximum of five years if a candidate had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from the 1st January, 1980 to the 31st day of December, 1989.

    Again for NDA exam the age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.


    (iii)Educational Qualification :


    You must have a Graduate degree to apply various Exams under UPSC depending on your Subject of Graduation.
    But for NDA exam you have to pass H.S in Science stream.

    For conducting upsc exam here is information mention below:-

    eligibility for upsc;-
    -matriculation passed with 55%. from valuable board.
    -you have to degree with 60% from recognized university.
    -age limit for these exam 21-30 yrs.relaxation for other category

    Eligibility:
    Age:The age limit for the General category candidates are from 18 years to 30 years.
    For the OBC candidates they have relaxation up to 3 years , the age limit for the OBC candidates are 18 years to 33 years.
    In case of SC/ST applicant they have relaxation up to 5 years , and for the SC/ST candidates the maximum age limit is 35 years.

    Nationality:Candidate must be a citizen of India or Bhutan. Subjects of Nepal and persons of Indian origin, migrated from specified countries with intention of permanently settling in India, are also eligible, subject to their having obtained a certificate from the Government of India.

    Qualification: For the UPSC exam the candidate must have passed his any type of graduation or bachelor technology.

    Syllabus: The syllabus is comes from the topics :
    Computer knowledge
    General English
    verbal , non-verbal , logical Reasoning
    General Awareness and current affairs
    Quantitative aptitude
