    Hey Soumyadeep,
Well, You have every percentage just correct except your 10th standard marks. But still there are quite a few industries and multi-national companies that take candidates from 55% or more. You can go for Syntel or Tech Mahindra. You can also go for companies that run on a much smaller scale than such high runners as TCS or IBM or Accenture etc. To get knowledge on such companies and their vacancies you will have to register yourself in a online job portal. You can go for www.naukri.com or www.coolavenues.com or www.naukriaim.com etc. There you have to register yourself with all the necessary information about yourself, including your date of birth, academics, extra accolades, any national or international achievements, etc. Now as soon as you submit these information, the web portal will match the information with their present database of company recruiters. If this matches with the set of companies present they will then and there show you the results for you to choose the company of your preference.

    Hello there,
Well your 12th standard marks as you can see for yourself also is lower than 60%. So you will not be able to opt for companies like TCS or IBM or Accenture etc. Now CTS earlier used to take candidates over 55% in graduation and 50% in 12th standard but recently this company has also raised its standard to 60% all through. Sometimes still the criteria is kept 55% and more all through, depending on the number of candidates approaching the company. You have to check this fact when you yourself are participating in the campus placement procedure. But if you are not being able to make it into CTS, then you can go for YAHOO campus placements. Also Wipro has the recruitment criteria of 55% or more all through. So you can also participate in Wipro campus placements. Also IBM DAKSH(not IBM IT sector) is another place where as such no marks criteria is there.

    Hi Dear,
well your marks looks impressive. But most leading IT companies like TCS or CTS or IBM or HCL or Infosys etc. is NOT a possibility for you. For this the first reason is that you have a diploma degree instead of proper higher secondary degree. The second reason is that your marks is below 60% in 10th standard. 59.6% is not equivalent to 60%. So you will have to go for other IT HUBS or BPO sectors. You can go for the BPO sector of Wipro or even the IT department of Wipro also, as Wipro has the criteria of 55% or more in the academical career. Other than that if you want to go for other IT companies, then it will be better if you join smaller non-international IT sectors. Now information on vacancy in such companies will be available in online job portals only. Please log onto www.freejobalert.com or www.durgajobs.com or www.shine.com or others. There just give the preference of your job, regarding the state, the salary amount, the exact department under IT sectors and submit the information. You will then see the number of jobs of different available IT companies coming in a list format in front of you. You can also set SMS alert in such portals, so that as when vacancies come, you are informed by an SMS.

    Hi,
Sorry dear, but you are not eligible for Accenture recruitment. Accenture wants people from 60% all through the academical career. But there is one more way to search for jobs through Accenture. The process is to log onto www.accenture.com and register as their member. Sometimes they have job vacancies internationally(say in gulf countries or Asian countries or in Australia,etc.). There many a times there is no restriction on marks in the academical career. So when you submit your CV there in the online forum, they match your CV with the available foreign country jobs and the ones that are matching totally will be either mailed to you or showcased in front of you, right after you click on Enter Key.
Now, other than this you can go for other companies like Syntel, Yahoo, Tech Mahindra, Vishnu Solutions, etc. For these companies, you better log onto some common job portal like www.naukri.com, www.durgajobs.com,www.naukriaim.com. If these companies have vacancy, then they advertise for employees in such web portals. Good Luck.

    Hello,
Well what can I say, you have below 60% in that particular domain, where 60% was most needed. Rest of your marks are commendably good. But this one thing is going to restrict you from getting jobs in most leading IT companies. But there is Wipro. Here you can definitely apply. You have got above the minimum criteria of 55%. If you go for Tech Mahindra, there also you can apply, as the minimum score criteria is 55% or more. IBM DAKSH or Yahoo can also be your preferred choice. Please visit the respective official websites for job vacancies. if there are upcoming vacancies, then you will get that list in those websites. Also you can get notice of on campus or off campus recruitment in such companies through your college notice board or through the daily newspapers. Whenever such big job fairs or off campus recruitment are held, then you get big notices advertised in the newspaper. Generally they have no entry fee. So you can enter there with just your academical proofs and photocopies.

Re: Eligibility criteria for MNC job having 52% in 10th, 59% in 12th, 65% in B.sc and 70% in MCA?

    Hello,
This is a good career path that you have chosen. By getting an experience of lectureship for 2 years, you have enriched your CV with a job experience. Now let me tell you year gap means when you have pending backlogs or you have completed your studies but you do not have any job for quite a while. But nothing of that sort has occurred in your case. You, on the contrary were at a specific job. So you can apply for any and every multi-national company. But here is one condition, your marks all through your academical career must be equal to or more than that of 60%. In your case you were a lecturer for two years, so it is expected that you had more than 60%. If that is the case then you can go for any IT sector like TCS(check www.tcs.com),CTS(check www.cognizant.com),IBM(check www.ibm.com). You can log into these official websites and post your resume or fill up the online application form for the next campus recruitment. Be there in the required place at the time of aptitude tests. If you clear that and the respective interview, then yes, you can be an IT sector employee.

    Hi,
Sorry to say, but although your mca percentage is good and over 60%, but your graduation percentage is very very low. Also same is the case for your 10th and 12th standard marks. So being an IT sector employee is quite impossible for you. Almost all IT companies nowadays want a 60% all through the academical career and even more. Initially few companies were there like Google or CTS that wanted 55% or more in the academical career. But these days those companies have also raised there bar to 60% or more in the academics. Also you will not be able to opt for the companies where the criteria is 55%. So it is better to go for Call Centers or telecalling jobs. Companies like Reliance or Airtel or Aircel or Vodafone always want telecallers to keep helping their customers. Also Wiproor Vishnu Solutions want call center employees from time to time. Now you need to have English speaking skills for this and you need to talk politely and wisely. You must have the patience to know clearly what the customer wants. So if you have all these abilities, then marks will not be a barrier. you can join any company that has a vacancy. All the Best.

    Hi,

Don't worry you will get in MNCs companies, there are some companies who is not so particular about the academics but only your understanding of the job and it's position and your management of that. So you can try for Wipro technologies and Wipro infotech you will definitely get the job offer. Try to do the exam of technical best and then be confident in final round of interview and then you will have job offer in hand. So don't worry about anything. You can even try cognizant and Igate companies. Infosys and TCS are particular about the academics so prepare well and face tough competition to grab the opportunity and you will have job offer in hand. Keep updating your resume in the registered job sites and even you get to know the vacancies of the companies.

Eligibility Criteria to get job in Multi National Companies :

    1. Most of the companies requires any graduate degree with high percentage and good knowledge and command over the subject but some of the MNCs requires degree or post graduate degree in following streams :

    Management
    Engineering
    Computer
    Accountancy
    Science or Math-science

Finally MNCs prefer those who have completed their degree in technical or IT streams which are mentioned so you have completed B.Sc with good percentage marks and pursuing MCA and having aggregate 70% marks so that i expect you are better qualified for various MNCs which are - Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. and you may get the good job in MNCs as - Computer Programmer, Computer Software Engineer, Computer Developer, System Analyst, Programme Developer etc. after completing your post graduate degree as MCA.

So that you should increase your knowledge for job and collect some relevant problems solving skills means related to your specialization subject and develop other skills which could provide you the job.

    All the best
